This was actually me, Jennifer the owner of IGF, before I started using my own company's virtual bookkeeping service.  I literally cried a few nights when trying to figure out what to do with all the receipts.  What to file? What to keep? What to document and where?  What was the best filing system?  Hanging folders? Envelopes?  A Binder? By Month? By Category? I kept going in circles and would end up in piles of paper and notes.

IGF uses NeatReceipts Scanalizers to scan clients receipts.  It is approved by the IRS to hold your documents so you can throw out the originals.  We also use it to scan and interpret business cards so we can import into Outlook or other program.  Everything else gets scanned as a document; images, important letters etc.   Click NeatReceipts Scanalizer if you would like one for yourself, although we advise against taking on yet another time consuming task if you are trying to grow your business or get your free time back.

Quickbooks Online gets bookkeeping off your plate and into the capable hands of IGF's virtual bookkeeping department. It allows 3 users to login so you can always keep an eye on your money (never be too busy to *watch* your money) while we are managing your books. Once per week, we will send you reports on all of your accounts. Prefer to keep it locally on your computer? No problem, we can log in and manage your books there as well using your existing software.
